SBS Group Gets Wacky for 3rd Annual Make-A-Wish Wacky Bowling
Manalapan, NJ (PRWEB) July 12, 2013 -- SBS Group employees, friends and families sponsored and participated in the 3rd annual Wacky Bowling event to benefit Make-A-Wish® New Jersey this past weekend. A leading technology consulting firm, SBS Group, provides accounting and business solutions to mid-sized companies through a network of regional offices across the United States. SBS Group was the presenting sponsor of the event held at Knob Hill Country Lanes in Manalapan, New Jersey and raised $2,000 for Make-A-Wish New Jersey.
Wacky Bowling actually has very little to do with actual bowling and is more about having fun with friends and family. Shots included a combination of using bumpers, partners, chairs, and even dance moves, with the goal of getting the highest and lowest scores of the night. The Wish Makers of Monroe Township held its first Wacky Bowling event in 2011 and has continued the yearly event to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Make-A-Wish New Jersey has granted over 7200 wishes of children between the ages of 2 ½ and 18 with life threatening medical conditions, since it was founded in 1983.
