Log homes evolved from recreational log cabins into fulltime residences with custom kitchens, luxury baths and energy-efficient technology throughout.
Scientific studies show that logs absorb heat energy during the day and radiate it at night to even out temperatures, making occupants feel more comfortable while using less energy.
When asked, “Why do you love log homes?” here is what respondents said:
"They are warm and inviting, make everyone feel at home."
"I love country life and a log home gives me the feeling of living in a traditional way."
"… very natural and blends in with nature."
Founded in 1963, Real Log Homes is one of America’s oldest log home companies.
