Are you still running an outdated FTP or SFTP server in your DMZ and does it have the security controls and audit reporting needed to meet the latest PCI and HIPAA compliance requirements? Attend a free webinar to learn how to "Get Your FTP Server Into Compliance."

GoAnywhere Services and GoAnywhere Gateway keep data secure

GoAnywhere Gateway works with GoAnywhere Services to keep sensitive data and user credentials out of the DMZ, or public area of an organization's network.

"GoAnywhere goes beyond a typical FTP server by providing the enterprise-level features and security you need to get compliant."

Linoma Software's Chief Architect Bob Luebbe will be hosting a free webinar on July 18, 2013 at Noon Central, entitled "Get Your FTP Server Into Compliance." He'll discuss the risks of staging an organization's FTP or SFTP server outside of its private network so that trading partners can have access to drop off and pick up files.

He'll then demonstrate how secure FTP server and gateway solutions within Linoma Software's GoAnywhere™ Managed File Transfer Suite provide an efficient and more secure option for both the organization and its trading partners, one that helps them meet compliance regulations like HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOX, GLBA, and state privacy laws.

"GoAnywhere goes beyond a typical FTP server by providing the enterprise-level features and security you need to get compliant," Luebbe explains. "It allows you to retain sensitive trading partner files within your private network and still give them access, without having to open inbound ports."

The webinar will focus specifically on GoAnywhere Services™, the secure FTP server product within the GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer Suite, and GoAnywhere Gateway™, the enhanced reverse proxy software.

During the webinar, Luebbe will show how GoAnywhere allows adminstrators to set up granular permissions to strictly control user access to private and shared folders. He'll also explain how to simplify key and certificate management for trading partners, and how to manage person-to-person file transfers that can be audited as required by many compliance regulations. Clustering, load balancing and job triggers will also be covered.

The webinar will be recorded, but Luebbe encourages registrants to try to attend the live event.

"Several of our engineers will be available during the webinar to answer questions," Luebbe said. "We'll be covering a lot of ground in just an hour, and we want to be sure everyone gets the information they need."
