Scottsdale Showdown Celebrates Western Heritage with Bull Riding and Country Music
Fort Worth, TX (PRWEB) July 15, 2013 -- There is a new reason to bust out your cowboy boots and head to WestWorld this fall. On October 19, 2013, KMLE Country @107.9 presents the Scottsdale Showdown, hosted by the Scottsdale Charros. This event, sponsored by Valley Chevrolet Dealers and Bud Light and Hensley Beverage Company, includes one of the largest all-star bull riding events in the Southwest and a star-studded country concert.

The event kicks-off at 4 p.m. with the Chevy Silverado Tailgate Down Party, followed by an action packed, two-hour Chevy Silverado Chute Out Championship Bull Riding (CBR) event at 6 p.m., featuring the best of the best bulls and riders - including the 2013 CBR World Champion, who will be named later this month. Following the Chute Out, from 8 p.m. to midnight, is The Bud Light Bullpen Concert featuring country music national recording artists Montgomery Gentry, Jerrod Niemann and Maggie Rose.
“The Charros are thrilled to bring the Scottsdale Showdown to the Valley,” said event chairman Jason Meszaros. “Every seat in the arena will feel the rush of the riders as they tackle the world’s best bulls and music fans will be rocking out to some of country’s hottest artists.”
Tickets for the Scottsdale Showdown go on sale July 31. General Admission tickets range from $55 to $125. For more of a “boots in the dirt” experience, attendees can purchase a VIP tickets for only $150. VIP tickets include complimentary food and alcoholic drinks, experiencing the bull riding up close, and special seating options during the concert.
