Culley has managed technical service and support functions for nearly twenty years. He has worked in organizations ranging from small, entrepreneurial start-ups to large, established organizations such as the Arizona Department of Environment Quality and the University of Phoenix. During his time at the University of Phoenix, his team supported over 10,000 staff members.

Culley is a Microsoft Certified Professional, well-versed in ITIL processes and is A+ certified. Culley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
