Money Pages Announces Move to Franchising Model
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (PRWEB) July 17, 2013 -- Money Pages, a leader in direct mail advertising in the Southeast, has moved to a franchising model and announced the company's first franchised location in Ormond Beach, Florida.
"We have invested two years planning and building a robust franchise system," said Money Pages’ President and CEO, Alan Worley. "Franchising is the next step in our growth and we expect continued success based on our preparations, the exceptional team we have in place and a sound plan."
Money Pages' flagship product is an attractive direct mailed publication to consumers that saves readers significant amounts of money on everyday purchases. The magazine also helps businesses grow revenues by stimulating consumer spending and creating a broader customer base.
Money Pages' first franchisee is Don Grindle, formerly an executive in operations with Foster Grant, including manufacturing, its efficiency and cost management. Grindle has demonstrated the ability to develop and implement successful business plans, conduct business development/contract negotiations and build and direct successful teams.
"Money Pages is a terrific opportunity and we've already had success early on with the magazine in Ormond Beach," said Don Grindle. "People appreciate saving money, and businesses are always looking for new and creative ways to stimulate growth."
Money Pages announced earlier this year that Chris Sexton had joined the company as director of franchise development. Sexton leads the franchising program, including working with individuals interested in owning a magazine in their own market, optimizing an industry leading training program, and fully supporting franchisees once in operation. He directs franchising media and public relations campaigns, franchising website and SEO deployment, and trade show publicity to market.
Sexton's background includes previous ownership of an independent Money Pages market, supporting the growth of corporate Money Pages markets, and marketing management leadership experience with Florida Blue and AT&T.
Money Pages expects to name new franchisees and locations in the coming months.
