Over the last two years, Steele has helped his developer clients win a dozen of these prestigious awards, which are presented annually by the Chicago Association of Realtors® (CAR).
The awards program, established in 1992, recognizes ground-breaking rehabs and developments throughout the nine-county Chicago area that contribute to their community by serving a need, enhancing economic vitality and bolstering civic pride.
This year, Steele’s clients captured a remarkable seven awards at the May 23 ceremony after nabbing five in 2012. Steele’s success in guiding key aspects of the development process and marketing the completed properties is the product of his engineering background, as well as the culmination of his years of experience in real estate sales and consulting. Steele’s active “hands-on” approach lets him work with a development from conception through delivery, and his reputation as an innovator has helped attract a large pool of buyers to the developments with which he is associated.
