ASAP Systems Releases New Enhancements to Its Excel Import Feature on Its Inventory and Asset Tracking System and Mobile App for Passport

With the new product updates to ASAP Systems Passport, users are given the ability to import a stock item’s lead time on when to reorder, import stock inventory with imported data, and specify a specific site using the multi-site module via the excel data import feature.
With the excel import functionality, advanced stock inventory data can be imported directly into the database of ASAP Systems inventory and asset tracking system Passport. Therefore, inventory data consisting of batch-lot numbers, serialized inventory, and serialized with quantity inventory can be easily integrated into the system using the newly enhanced excel data import function.
ASAP Systems also improved the Passport mobile app, an extension of ASAP Systems Passport solution, giving companies the ability to update the asset’s condition as part of the asset move transaction. In the move transaction interface, an asset’s condition can be updated by categorizing the status whether it is considered to be in poor, fair, or good condition.
