Yogic Thoughts, a well-known provider of yoga classes and related therapies, has launched a special package for professionals who hardly get any time for relaxation. The package has been designed keeping in mind the requirements of such groups, and will constitute yoga asana which are stress relieving and enhance peace of mind. The package can be taken on a corporate level and employees will have to register in groups to avail the package. Those who opt for the package will be able to avail 20% concession on the regular rates charged for such training.
While the minimum number of participants has to be 10, there is no outer limit on the number of people who can register for the package. In order to register, the participants will have to pay 50% fee, while the rest of it can be paid during the first week of the package. The participants will also have to provide information about any health issues they face or diseases they are suffering from. There will be separate classes for diabetics and people suffering from ailments like arthritis and spondylitis. The package will include 25 classes, spread over three months, during which the participants will be taught yoga positions that enable one to relax.
While introducing the package, the lead mentor at Yogic Thoughts said that meditation and breathing techniques will be an essential part of the package, since these play a vital role in making the mind and body stress free. The classes will be conducted by trained gurus, who have many years’ of experience of teaching yoga at the international level. At the end of the package, all participants will be provided detailed yoga booklets for self-practice. The package will commence from August 2013 and registrations for the same are now open.
