The hiring of the veteran IT experts advances Shadow-Soft’s open source integration strategy including Linux, middleware and cloud solutions.

With more than 18 years IT experience, O’Neal is a subject matter expert on emerging technologies in server, desktop, application consolidation and virtualization; with proven core experience with infrastructure projects, storage, networking, DR, migrations and deployments. O’Neal has been tasked with delivering long term strategic guidance to IT Executives, including enterprise level clients, on Data Center and Cloud-based technologies.
O’Neal has been a long time member of VMware’s exclusive Partner Technical Advisory Board (PTAB). He is also aligned with several teams at VMware and other partners, with product specializations in vSphere, View, XenDesktop, XenApp, NetApp, HP servers, Cisco Network Infrastructure, Cisco UCS and large virtualization projects.
Dugan supports sales efforts in the commercial and government sector. He began his career as an Engineer with BellSouth Telecommunications working in the electrical engineering and circuit planning centers spanning North Florida, Southern and Middle Georgia. Dugan has more than a decade of experience in application development, Java based middleware (JBoss, Weblogic and Websphere), PaaS, Linux systems and full-stack web architecture. He is an avid technologist with a deep understanding of the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise Java applications. . With a solid understanding of J2EE/Java EE and supporting technologies, Dugan’s experiences allow him to apply those technologies to solve real-world problems for Shadow-Soft customers.
