Things that make Colleton River Plantation unique: 

This Bluffton golf community is located closest to the Hilton Head Island beaches and offers fast access to the Atlantic Ocean from the river. Colleton River Plantation is surrounded by water on three sides. Its peninsular position provides more waterfront homes and boat docks than the other coastal South Carolina communities. Its active membership has too many clubs and civic organizations to begin to name.

The two Tom Fazio golf courses are adjacent to scenic Hidden Lake and finish with a dramatic tee shot over the marshes of the Colleton River. The West Course is commonly regarded as one of the most beautiful courses in the Lowcountry.
