NFI, a warehouse, transportation, distribution, and logistics provider, will be the tenant for a new 980,000 sq. ft. facility to be constructed by Hillwood in Weisenberg Township. This building will be used as the future distribution center for Ocean Spray Cranberries, a worldwide food and beverage cooperative.

Eastern Pennsylvania, specifically the Lehigh Valley, is a critical growth market for the warehousing, transportation, and distribution industries. Brown noted “The highway infrastructure provides easy access to several large metropolitan cities including New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and Baltimore. NFI targeted this area to grow our business, and over the past 6 months we have expanded in the area by completing this transaction along with leasing 254,000 SF at 910 Nestle Way in Breinigsville, PA.”
The Allentown area distribution site marks the first in a series of buildings to be developed by Hillwood at West Hills Business Center. Approximately 2.3 million square feet of Class A warehouse/distribution space is planned. The 230-acre site has immediate access to I-78 at Exit #45 and is proximate to the North East extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
