The Cliffs Announces Brisk Sales and Property Investments

Real estate sales at The Cliffs held firm in the first half of 2013 throughout all seven communities. The development currently has more than 1,500 completed homes and 2,700 members.

The Cliffs invested $7.5 million to complete the course, which will also include the Mountain Park Golf Cabin and a multi-purpose facility designed for both cart storage and as a venue for informal events.
The latest addition to The Cliffs' wide range of existing amenities is The Porch, a golf pro shop and retail outlet with food and beverage service, a wellness center and screened porch overlooking the driving range at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs. Opened in June 2013, The Porch joins the six championship golf courses, clubhouses, state-of-the-art wellness centers, hiking trails, tennis courts, equestrian center, beach club, marina and selection of restaurants that make The Cliffs a unique, year-round community.
