Red Comet’s Online Curriculum for High School Unveils Brand New Enrichment Course on Digital Photography II
Prosser, WA (PRWEB) July 18, 2013 -- Red Comet’s brand new online elective “Digital Photography II: Discovering Your Creative Potential” is launched as part of the company’s broad efforts to introduce a rich mixture of enrichment courses that supplement the current high school curriculum. Photography is both an art and a science and often involves significant practice to create durable images. In today’s world, photographs are all around us, including in advertisements, on websites, and hung on our walls as art. Many of the images that we see have been created by professional photographers.
This course examines the various aspects of professional photography, including the ethics of the profession, and explores some of the areas that professional photographers choose to specialize in, such as wedding photography and product photography. Students learn about some of the most respected professional photographers in history and critique photographs in order to better understand what creates an eye-catching picture.
