Pro-Tek Chemical Donates to 100 Club of Arizona in Response to the Tragic Loss at Yarnell Hill Fire

Glenns Ferry, ID (PRWEB) July 17, 2013 -- This week, Pro-Tek Chemical has announced a donation to the 100 Club of Arizona. On June 9, a donation of $700 was received by the club and will fund the many donations that this group contributes. The contribution will help anyone who has been of service through public statewide agencies. This includes police officers, firefighters, paramedics and their families.

The recent loss of the 19 firefighters during the Yarnell Hill Fire on June 19 has been a top headline at the 100 Club Arizona. According to their website, the club has donated $15,000 to each of the families for their losses. The recent tragedy has been a shock to the nation as well as Pro-Tek, and a donation seemed suitable.

The site reads, “The 100 Club, like you, is grief-stricken with the shock and devastation of this tragedy. These brave, young heroes will be forever in our hearts.”

Pro-Tek Chemical does what they can during these trying times. Company founder Denver Price says, “It is important to give back when we can.” He also mentioned that the choice of foundation was due to their support of the Granite Mountain Hotshot firefighter families. “National tragedies like these should not go unanswered,” Price said.
