Stor-All Storage Acquires Self Storage Facility in Lone Tree, CO
Deerfield Beach, FL (PRWEB) July 18, 2013 -- Stor-All Storage acquired Park Meadows Self Storage on July 17th, 2013. The 4.2 acre self storage property is located at 8812 East Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree, Colorado. Southwest of downtown Denver, Colorado, the property is a half mile away from the Park Meadows regional mall and located in the southwest quadrant of the intersections of I-25 and I-470.
The storage property is comprised of seven, one and two-story self storage buildings which contain over 81,000 square feet of net rentable space offering 761 climate controlled and drive-up self storage units. The facility will be rebranded Stor-All Storage and will undergo many property improvements, starting with an office remodel.
This will be the forty-fifth self storage facility for Stor-All Storage and their fourth storage facility in the Denver self storage market.
