At a recent meeting of his local NARI chapter, Jeff Reasinger was recognized and presented his Certified Remodeler certificate. The proud recipient is co-owner and president of Organized Home Remodeling (OHR) of Columbus, Ohio. OHR is the result of a merger between Red’s Remodeling and Repair and Space Transitions in June of 2012.

A Certified Remodeler (CR) designation proves the remodeling contractor’s superior knowledge, technical comprehension and skill in remodeling. As such, it is very much coveted by the building community and Reasinger is thrilled to have achieved this professional milestone.

NARI’s (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) CR program measures skill and expertise valued not only by other professional remodelers, but by consumers as well. The CR program identifies professional remodelers who have undergone comprehensive review and testing that assesses knowledge and skills in over 20 remodeling task areas. These include business methods and practices, building codes and construction law, planning and building site layout, and all trades skills required in remodeling clients’ homes. Attaining this certification requires the candidate to have been working full time in the remodeling field for at least five years. In addition Certified Remodelers are bound to abide by the NARI Code of Ethics and the NARI Standards of Practice.

Jeff Reasinger has over 10 years of experience in the remodeling industry and enjoys a strong following of repeat clients. He has brought these talents to Organized Home Remodeling, a full service remodeling company he started with partner Kathy Morgan. OHR’s basic tenets are simplicity, functionality, integrity, sustainability and delivery. The company is service and value driven and dedicated to solving problems presented by home owners seeking to improve their living environment. OHR received the Consumers' Choice Award for Closet Organizers - Custom Built in 2012.

OHR’s 3,000 square feet of showroom provides vignettes of many areas of the home providing clients the opportunity to experience the quality of their work before a project begins. From entry ways to kitchens, baths, closets, offices, garages and basement finishing, OHR has the experience and craftsmanship to tackle any job.
