Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Speak About Doing Business in Mexico to State of Nevada/Mexico Trade Mission Delegates

Presenting on the topic, “Doing Business in Mexico,” Monday, July 15, 2013 were Greenberg Traurig Corporate and Securities attorneys Michael J. The discussion provided an overview of some of the major considerations for conducting business in Mexico, including the economic climate, foreign investment opportunities and incentives, business vehicle options, corporate taxation issues, labor and employment issues and compliance issues.

Based on information from the Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED), the three-day Trade Mission, organized by the GOED, is designed to promote and develop mutually beneficial relationships to help foster and create business opportunities between Nevada based business and those in Mexico. The delegation includes companies from a variety of industries, including energy, food, health care, manufacturing, real estate, technology, transportation and tourism.
