Eye Care Associates, LLC Hits Second Major Social Media Milestone: 1000 Facebook Followers

This has come after over a hundred informative, witty, and engaging posts since October of 2012. Examples of posts include funny pictures of dogs in sunglasses, tutorial videos, and eye care related news updates.
The campaign, which started last year, was one part of a large social media and brand redevelopment project that CleContact Lenses started. They have also had recent success in other social media channels.

When people use Youtube there is a lot of interaction going on in the comments, messages, likes, etc, but the site's core function is for one purpose: videos. It's a similar model for pictures on Instagram. Facebook however is a gigantic mesh of all of them. Eye Care Associates, LLC's other brand, ShopCLE, has also seen an increasing Facebook presence. That Facebook page which started in spring of last year has just under 400 likes and over 100 posts to date. Shopcle specializes in selling the brand's designer sunglasses, whereas Cle Contact Lenses focus's on contact lenses.
Eye care Associates states that they want to use social media mediums, focusing heavily on Facebook and Youtube, to grow their new age brand image.
