Clements Worldwide Awards $10,000 in Scholarship Money to its Fifth Annual Expat Youth Scholarship Contest Winners
Washington, DC (PRWEB) July 22, 2013 -- Today, Clements Worldwide, leading provider of international insurance, is delighted to announce the winners of its annual Expat Youth Scholarship (EYS) contest, which awards a combined scholarship prize of $10,000 to six expatriate students. This year, eligible students between the ages 13 to 18 were challenged to create a two-minute video that demonstrates how they will use their experience living abroad to make the world a better place.
With scholarship contest participants located in Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, Clements once again relied on its dedicated EYS Facebook page where students, family, and friends across the world voted to determine this year’s winners.
“Clements is extremely proud to continue making educational contributions every year to talented young expats who not only participate so enthusiastically with their contributions, but are also able to garner the most votes to win,” says Sergio Sanchez, chief marketing officer at Clements Worldwide. “More importantly, we remain extremely impressed by the high-quality, inspirational, and uplifting nature of the work submitted year after year. Today, as the winners of Clements Worldwide’s 2013 Expat Youth Scholarship contest are announced, we congratulate them wholeheartedly, as they’ve certainly raised the bar one more time.”
