More dates are booked for the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on October 16, Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on the 18th, Allstate Arena in Rosemont on the 19th, IWireless Center in Moline on the 21st, Sprint Center in Kansas City on the 23rd, and Scottrade Center in St. Louis on October 24.
New November concerts are at the Bell Centre in Montreal on the 4th, Air Canada Centre in Toronto on the 6th, Madison Square Garden in New York on the 8th and 9th, Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte on the 15th, Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro on the 16th, BJCC Arena in Birmingham, Tampa Bay Times Forum on the 20th, and American Airlines Arena on the 22nd.
The current wrap is set for the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida on November 23, 2013.
