Launched last month, the AMC Reseller Partner Program is a profit-sharing initiative for businesses to resell AMC full Contact Canvas Product Suite. By joining the program resellers are given the chance to set themselves apart in their industry by broadening their product portfolio and increasing their revenue.
Members of the AMC Partner Program can now resell the AMC Contact Canvas™ product suite, which is a pre-built, certified software product suite that integrates CRM applications with CTI communication platforms for users across the enterprise. AMC’s Contact Canvas product provides integration into leading CRM applications including Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Siebel, Oracle PeopleSoft, and RightNow as well as Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) including Aspect, Avaya, SAP BCM, and Cisco. AMC’s Contact Canvas products are licensed both perpetually and subscription based.
The AMC Reseller Program also includes sales and technical training to help educate partners on AMC’s solutions, allowing them to effectively communicate the overall solutions value and maximize their sales opportunities. AMC will assist partners in building out their sales practice, with access to online product demo recordings as well as product collateral and data sheets.
