Prescott, Arizona (PRWEB) July 30, 2013 -- Body Oasis Laser Aesthetics Medi-Spa kicks off the season with specials on some of their most popular cosmetic laser procedures. Body Oasis offers a full range of laser cosmetic procedures including the ACCULIFT laser lipo, Active FX CO2 fractional laser as well as laser hair and tattoo removal, Botox and spider vein treatments.
Many patients seek cosmetic treatment for prematurely aged skin. Premature aging is attributed to a number of factors including ultraviolet light from the sun, excessive smoking and the accumulation of free radicals from toxins in food and water. Age spots, wrinkles and rough scaly skin are all signs of premature aging. There are several options available to treat this condition. The Active FX CO2 fractional laser offers unsurpassed technology that has the ability to remove age spots, fine lines and wrinkles while also tightening skin laxity around the eyelids and neck. The Active FX laser also has the ability to remove acne scarring in one, painless, ten minute procedure. The Active FX is versatile as it can be performed on the face, neck, décolleté and even the hands. In just under a week, skin appears fresh and youthful. The good news doesn’t end there either: collagen building continues to tighten the skin for up to three months after the procedure.
The Active FX, combined with the Acculift laser lipo procedure, is known as the laser face lift. This combo produces better results than a traditional facelift without scarring and at a third of the cost. The Acculift laser lipo removes fat while tightening skin under the chin and jowls. Patients who complain of a double chin or turkey wattle are ideal candidates for this procedure. The Acculift is performed as an outpatient procedure, and takes about 45 minutes. Local anesthesia and valium are administered to virtually eliminate pain. The procedure leaves no scars and clients can return to regular activity in as few as two days. The laser facelift procedure can be combined with Botox or cosmetic dermal fillers, such as Radiesse, to enhance results. These procedures can also be used with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy (also known as a vampire facelift), further reducing downtime and optimizing results.
Body Oasis Laser medical spa also offers laser hair removal, which is one of the most sought-after procedures in the U.S. The laser eliminates dark hairs permanently from legs, underarms, face, neck, back and bikini line. Benefits include preventing razor burn and ingrown hairs and escaping the irksome tasks of shaving, tweezing and waxing. The procedure usually requires only 6-8 treatments spaced a month apart.
Tattoo removal is often sought when clients experience “tattoo regret.” Laser tattoo removal is the only technique for tattoo removal that can be performed without scarring. It is quick, taking about 15 minutes for most tattoos; however it does require several treatments repeated over one to two years for complete fading. The best results come with certain pigments like black, dark blue, red or orange. Other colors may require further treatments or may not fade at all such as green, yellow or white.
Botox and cosmetic fillers such as Radiesse and Restylane are also “on-sale” this month. Botox is used to soften frown lines in the brow, forehead and crow’s feet, while dermal fillers plump the skin giving a more youthful appearance, not only on the face but also the hands.
Sclerotherapy for spider veins can improve the look of your legs so you can show them off in shorts or swimsuits.
