The Presence Manager allows moderators to automatically poll attendees at random times throughout the presentation in order to ensure they are alert and paying attention.
By leveraging the Presence Manager, moderators can launch customizable pop-up messages at periodic intervals in order to track and prove ongoing attendee participation throughout the duration of the event. The message of the pop-up, as well as the frequency, randomness, and duration are all able to be customized. For example, you can ask a simple question such as “Are you there?” at random intervals to test attendee presence. If the attendee responds, you will know that they are there and paying attention; if there is no response within a designated amount of time (configurable), the message will disappear.
