The unique pro football body conditioning bootcamp is being offered during July and August at NYSM’s Columbus Circle location.
Lopez’s pro football body conditioning bootcamp is a circuit-style class based on actual professional training routines utilized by David Lopez himself in order to get into game-ready shape in anticipation of a possible future with the National Football League. The class combines athletic aerobic movements and components of physical fitness that incorporate plyometric movement and active recovery, working the upper and lower body, as well as core muscle groups.
“This class is designed for anyone looking to take their workout to the next level,” explains David Lopez. “Whether you are coming back from an injury or are already at peak performance, my sport conditioning class will help you achieve maximum results.” Individuals of all abilities and fitness levels can participate in NYSM’s new body conditioning bootcamp, since all exercises can be tailored specifically to the personal fitness level of any participant.
The pro football body conditioning bootcamp will be offered at NY SportsMed’s Columbus Circle office, located at 1841 Broadway, Suite 1100, at Columbus Circle and 60th Street in Manhattan. Classes will be help on July 13th, July 27th, August 10th and August 24th beginning at 9 am. Classes are priced at $40 per session or $70 per month.
This new class is yet another offering that exhibits NY SportsMed’s commitment to supporting the performance and fitness levels of athletic individuals in NYC. Most recently, the sports medicine practice launched a Race Day Run Center in conjunction with the practice’s signature running program, NY SportsMed Run. NYSM employs a number of exercise specialists and coaches within its practice, in addition to physical therapists and physicians, in order to provide personalized athletic training for athletes of all ability levels.
