NAPCP Unveils Marketing and Advertising Opportunities for 15th Annual Commercial Card and Payment Conference in Palm Springs
Minnetonka, MN (PRWEB) July 23, 2013 -- The NAPCP has unveiled its marketing and advertising opportunities for the 15th Annual Commercial Card and Payment Conference, to be held at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, Palm Springs, California, April 7-10, 2014. Industry providers―issuers, networks, software and technology developers and more―are invited to download a brochure that describes the opportunities, including participation in the exhibit hall and product & technology demonstrations. A full six months of exposure and cost-saving incentives for event sponsorships are available to providers that submit a contract for the exhibit hall by October 1, 2013. (Contracts for the exhibit hall, product demonstrations and sponsorships are welcome on a space-available basis through March 2014.)
New this year is the opportunity for Commercial Card and Payment providers to sponsor pre-conference workshops, educational tracks, branded tote bags, lanyards and hotel key cards. “The NAPCP is introducing new event and popular item sponsorships to enrich the experience for all attendees,” says NAPCP’s Meeting and Event Manager, Kara Austrum, “End-user practitioners attend the conference to immerse themselves in Commercial Card and Payment education, so there’s no better time to capture their undivided attention.”
The NAPCP is also pleased to announce that exhibit hall participants will receive a post-conference attendee list with contact information so they can easily follow up with new leads. “Plans are in place to grow the end-user audience again this year,” says Austrum. “The first e-mail to our database of more than 13,000 card and payment professionals will announce Early Bird registration, exhibitors, sponsors, demonstrations and more. Many end-users are budgeting and making decisions to attend in the fourth quarter and a robust provider participation list from the outset only helps that effort.”
In addition to opportunities in the exhibit hall and product & technology demonstrations (the providers’ chance to “sell”), NAPCP Year-Round Partner Sponsors at the Silver and above levels deliver educational breakout sessions, presenting industry news, benchmarking, best practices and a unique perspective that comes from years of experience with clients around the world.
