Our customers are demanding solutions that embed communications and collaboration tools within business process to increase effectiveness. Esna continues to innovate with solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Today, Esna Technologies (Esna), a leader in cloud-enabled communication and collaboration solutions, rolled out version 4.0 of its award-winning Cloudlink™ application server and a new iLink™ for Cisco HTML5 client.

With Cloudlink™ 4.0 for Cisco users can easily access unified communications and collaboration tools like presence, instant messaging (IM), voice and video communication, click-to-call, call management, geo-location services and unified messaging from within Google Apps, Salesforce and Jive. Cloudlink 4.0 for Cisco leverages standards-based SIP, Cisco APIs and Cisco Jabber to connect these cloud applications with Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco WebEx.

Cloudlink 4.0, with the new iLink™ for Cisco HTML5 client, makes better collaboration possible anytime the Chrome browser is open. The iLink for Cisco Chrome extension embeds Cisco Jabber functionality like presence, IM, Jabber voice and video communication, click-to-call and call management directly into the Chrome browser, making Jabber features available from inside any web-based application.

“With these new versions of Cloudlink and iLink for Cisco, Esna delivers an integrated solution that facilitates faster, more efficient and effective collaboration,” said Lee Ho, VP of Marketing for Esna. “We bring communications and collaboration functionality inside the web-based business productivity applications that people work in every day, saving time and improving results.”

For example, when using Salesforce for CRM, iLink for Cisco leverages the Salesforce Open CTI to enable Jabber functions such as presence, call management and click-to-initiate IM, voice or video calls from within the application. No more jumping in and out of an application to initiate or escalate conversations.

Ho continues, “Our customers are demanding solutions that embed communications and collaboration tools within business process to increase effectiveness. Esna continues to innovate with solutions that solve real-world business problems.”

Cloudlink 4.0 and ILink for Cisco are sold as a subscription-based service. iLink for Cisco is included with Esna Cloudlink 4.0 or can be purchased separately, without Google Apps integration, for a special introductory price of $9.99 per user, per year.
