With Cloudlink™ 4.0 for Cisco users can easily access unified communications and collaboration tools like presence, instant messaging (IM), voice and video communication, click-to-call, call management, geo-location services and unified messaging from within Google Apps, Salesforce and Jive. Cloudlink 4.0 for Cisco leverages standards-based SIP, Cisco APIs and Cisco Jabber to connect these cloud applications with Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco WebEx.
Cloudlink 4.0, with the new iLink™ for Cisco HTML5 client, makes better collaboration possible anytime the Chrome browser is open. The iLink for Cisco Chrome extension embeds Cisco Jabber functionality like presence, IM, Jabber voice and video communication, click-to-call and call management directly into the Chrome browser, making Jabber features available from inside any web-based application.

Pricing and Availability
Cloudlink 4.0 and ILink for Cisco are sold as a subscription-based service. iLink for Cisco is included with Esna Cloudlink 4.0 or can be purchased separately, without Google Apps integration, for a special introductory price of $9.99 per user, per year.
Cloudlink 4.0 and iLink for Cisco will be generally available beginning July 26, 2013.
