The Honest Kitchen® Launches Quickies™ Low Calorie Training Treats for Dogs
San Diego, Calif. (PRWEB) July 23, 2013 -- The Honest Kitchen today announced the release of a brand new training treat, Quickies™, made from wild Icelandic line-caught haddock crafted into a tiny, bite-sized heart shape.
Quickies are packaged in a 2 oz. eco-friendly tube with metal lid. The packaging is designed to be compact, so it easy to take on the go. Quickies are high-protein, low-carb and low-calorie treats, so they are perfect for training.
"We initially set out to create a treat for dogs that would be ideal for clicker training: aromatic and enticing, in a tiny size that wouldn’t fill up dogs’ tummies too quickly," explained Lucy Postins, founder and CEO of The Honest Kitchen. "The package had to be convenient so they were quick to serve during training sessions."
Quickies will retail for $9.99 available in the US and Canada in early September, with an official pre-launch at the SuperZoo industry show in Las Vegas, July 23rd thru 25th, 2013.
