James Castro Hired as Account Executive at Antis Roofing and Waterproofing, Inc.
Irvine, CA (PRWEB) July 23, 2013 -- Antis Roofing and Waterproofing, Inc. (ARW) announces the addition of James Castro as their new Account Executive. Castro, who has over 15 years of sales experience, will be joining a very reputable and growing sales force at ARW.
Aaron Antis, an Account Executive at ARW, mentions that he is very excited to be working with Castro. Aaron says, “James comes with a strong background in the Homeowners Association market. He is well recognized within the industry as a strong leader in sales. He is a fierce competitor who is aggressive and will go after the projects that he knows are important to ARW.”
In Castro’s previous job, he built a vast knowledge of the industry and developed strong relationships that will position him very well as he ventures in to the ARW Account Executive position. During his 15 years in the industry, Castro has built an extensive knowledge of the products allowing him to discuss with the customers the best products for every situation. He also created a great foundation in the industry by being a member of CAI-OC, CAI-GLAC, and CAI-GRIE. Charles Antis, President of ARW, says that, “James is a good person who has great communication skills. He has relationships with the people that are important in our industry. Lastly, James is a big hunter; he’s a great salesman who brings a lot of experience and value to ARW.”

I am excited to help be a driving force in their sales department and continue to build their name as the industry roofing expert.”
Over the years, Castro has had a great amount of success in sales. Castro attributes his work ethic to the core values he acquired while serving 10 years in the United States Navy. He mentions, “In the Navy I learned, at a young age, how to develop discipline, pay attention to the details, and how to be adaptable. Throughout my career I have utilized those skills to get me to the point I am at today.” Along with being proud to serve our country, the Southern California native, Castro, is also very proud of raising his two sons, A.J. and Justin Castro.
