The team will be responsible for identifying and creating business relationships with new customers to uncover opportunities to grow the client’s current business and provide solutions to address their business needs by utilizing a combination of digital marketing and lead generation techniques. Bluefin’s team will also introduce our digital properties within the entertainment, food, and fashion segment markets.

Tony Smith has been positioned as Vice President of Business Development for the Bluefin Media team. Previous to joining Bluefin, Smith was the founder of Rawhide Search Solutions and was the Vice President of Search Operations at Innovative Interactive. He has spent the last two years at Bluefin Media helping to grow the company’s success. His drive in the development across multiple verticals from entertainment, food and fashion outlets is what contributes to making the company a digital powerhouse.

Bluefin Media also endorses Derek Feniger to take on the West Coast as the Director of Business Development. With over 10 years in sales and marketing, Derek has a creative vision to connect the right people and companies to create successful business outcomes. Feniger founded a marketing/ design company called “Brains and Butter” where he worked for two years with all ranges of clients redeveloping websites and helping to develop marketing material to brand companies and products. Renaming the company Fen Media in 2010, Derek introduced TheRisingHollywood and HighFashionMagazine to Bluefin Media.

Alongside Feniger, John Monoky has been selected to Director of Brand Development at Bluefin Media for the West Coast. Previously working for Rawhide Search Solutions, Monoky began working for Bluefin Media as a Digital Marketing Associate for GossipCenter Network. With over eight years of experience in sales and marketing, John brings his understanding of the branding process and how it impacts the overall success of a company.

In addition, David Schmenk serves as the Director of Publisher Development. Schmenk graduated from the University of Tiffin studying Marketing and Management. David was also given the opportunity to study international marketing in London. David’s sales and marketing background in the software industry makes him a vital component to the development of Bluefin’s team.
