Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) July 31, 2013 -- After analyzing four years of data from surveys, focus groups, meetings and webinars, The Philadelphia Human Resources Planning Society (PHRPS) is changing its name to The Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy (PSPS).
