IntelliSoft Group is pleased to announce that Michael Melville has been appointed to the position of group chief executive officer of its partner firm, Contract Logix effective immediately. Contract Logix is a contract management software company based out of Chelmsford, MA.
Since August 2008, Melville has served as president and chief executive officer of IntelliSoft Group, LLC. He has spent his 25-year career in a range of executive management and operations positions. Prior to joining IntelliSoft Group, Melville worked at Bionostics, Inc. which develops and manufactures quality control, calibration and calibration verification products for clinical laboratories, diagnostic companies and hospitals. He spent almost 15 years at the company, including serving as general manager in the RNA Medical Division.

In addition to providing strategic leadership, Melville will lead and transition the Contract Logix team to the next generation of contract management software technology.
