Hit The Floor's Logan Browning Talks About Her Struggle Keeping Up With Her Professional Dancer Costars In An Interview on AfterBuzz TV
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) July 28, 2013 -- (afterbuzztv.com)-- Hit The Floor's Logan Browning made an appearance on AfterBuzz TV's Hit The Floor aftershow lastnMonday night. In her appearance, she talks about the most romantic thing a man has done for her, her struggle to keep up with professional dancers, and how the show pushes her to the brink emotionally.
Browning on the most romantic thing a man has done for her:
"When I was a sophomore in high school, it was the end of the day and my math teacher was like 'I usually don't do this.' He was upset, but he flipped off the lights and flipped on the projector. I'm like 'what the hell?' And all of the sudden he starts playing [KC and Jojo's Baby Baby Baby] and my boyfriend walks in with balloons for no reason and we danced in front of the projector spot light."
On her struggle keeping up with professional dancers:
“I don't know if you remember in the pilot, but I do that awkward solo I'm in that is not in the big number; but that's because I couldn't be. When they cast me, they said 'Logan we are going to rewrite the pilot so you're not in the main dance, but you know if you can handle it, and we just believe in you and believe that you're gonna work really hard to be able to dance with the girls. Come when we return.' And that's just what I did.”
On how the show pushes her to brink, emotionally:
"I feel like [Hit The Floor] forces me to look at my emotions more, because usually I don't want to compare myself to Yelena too much, but in my own life I feel like I really can put up a poker face and a guard. I don't want people to know how I am feeling because it makes you more vulnerable. In order to play someone whose emotions are so confusing to watch; I have to be able to understand them."
On how she originally auditioned for the role of Ahsha:
“I don't know if you guys know, but when I first auditioned for Ahsha... [I auditioned] at least three times and [the casting directors] were like, 'You know what, you just don't play sweet."
