CareTouch Communications, Inc. announced an expanded element to their CareTouch360™ Managed Services Program enabling Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers to manage patients across a wide variety of treatment programs. Consistent outreach to patients suffering with sleep apnea, incontinence, diabetes and asthma enables greater therapy adherence, a steady stream of needed supplies, and notification back to the HME if there is an issue that requires attention.

The CareTouch360™ platform automates and simplifies patient management from intake or setup through life of service, providing a patient-focused way for HMEs to provide excellent service and increase profitability. CareTouch engages with patients through their desired method of communication, including IVR, live call, email or web.

The CareTouch live call center is comprised of customer service and medical professionals who interface directly with patients to ensure therapy adherence, check for problems with equipment or treatment programs, and ensure a steady and timely flow of supplies.
