United States Sovereignty and States Rights Amendment and the Amendment’s Delegate Resolution Conference Call - with citizeninitiatives.org
Spruce Pine, NC (PRWEB) July 25, 2013 -- On Tuesday evening CitizenInitiatives.org will be completing the text for the “United States Sovereignty and States Rights Amendment”. Citizen Initiatives will also be analyzing the terminology of the Amendment’s Delegate Resolution.
Constituents are invited to participate in this discussion. Comments and questions will help Citizen Initiatives finish the text for the Amendment before releasing it to State Legislatures.
Topics to be discussed:
1) The official Call on Congress by States Legislatures instructing Congress to convene the “United States Sovereignty and States Rights Amendment”;
2) The purposes and final wording of the Amendment;
3) Instructions for State/Legislative Directors on how to begin the work in their State Legislatures;
4) Prioritizing States that are more likely to make an early Call on Congress;
5) Projected timelines for the 34/26/38 strategy;
6) The purposes and importance of the Delegate Resolution.

The Conference Call will move Citizen Initiatives closer to securing 34 Calls on Congress for the Amendment. Not only will the Amendment restore States Rights, but it will also ensure that our Constitution remains sovereign.
State Legislatures will have the authority to disallow past and present laws and regulations that infringe on their States Rights. Only the “United States Sovereignty and States Rights Amendment” under Article V, through State Legislatures, bypassing Congress, the Courts and Executive Branch can restore our Constitutional heritage. This is promising to be a very important Conference.
