Houseplanology.com Launches 'Ask the Architect'
(PRWEB) July 30, 2013 -- Blogger Sam Crothers, who writes Houseplanology.com, has just announced a brand new column called 'Ask the Architect.' Australian architect Nicole Walters answers building design questions in the column each fortnight. The first question, "What's the difference between a building designer, a draftsperson, and an architect?" is being featured now, and the call is out for new questions from everyday architecture fans and anyone interested in building a new home. Nicole can help with a wide range of topics, from general architectural design to technical questions about building and construction, and she brings both teaching and professional experience to her replies.
'Ask the Architect' tops an exciting time for Houseplanology.com. The site is just months old but has already included interviews with architects like Rick Thompson and sustainability experts like Graeme Ambrose from Eco Decisions. The blog has also featured a range of house plan site reviews, top 10 house plan lists, and articles about house plan decoration, and a full program of interviews, product reports, site reviews and building articles has been scheduled for the next six months. "I'm so thrilled with the initial response," says Sam. "It's been a lot of hard work, but I've already met so many interesting people, and the creativity and knowledge out there is just phenomenal. With economic improvements and rising living standards in different parts of the world, it's definitely a great time to be involved in residential building and design."
