MADE Kids Apparel Gains Traction in the Streetwear Market While Debuting as Agenda Trade Show's First Children's Brand
Long Beach, CA (PRWEB) July 31, 2013 -- On Thursday July 25 & 26, MADE Kids streetwear became the very first children’s line to exhibit at Agenda Trade Show, after accepting a personal invitation from Agenda founder and streetwear brand activist Aaron Levant. Agenda hosts the highest level of streetwear and action sports brands in the fashion industry and gives them a platform to showcase their merchandise to top retail buyers from all over the world.
MADE Kids has established unique positioning in the streetwear market and is rapidly expanding the culture’s demographic, especially now that international buyers and attendees have learned that the youth-inspired company is the only brand that carries streetwear exclusively for boy ages 0 – 12; not to mention they were the only children’s brand exhibitor at the 2-day tradeshow. People were drawn to the popular phrases extracted from entertainment and pop culture that have been adapted into motivational, yet age-appropriate slogans and catchphrases.
Having illustrated most of the shirts’ vivid imageries by hand, creator and founder Andrew Guzman was very excited to receive such a warm reception and loads of enthusiasm at the show. “I’m excited to say that everyone who came by our booth at Agenda loved the line and really gravitated towards the positive concept behind MADE Kids designs. Almost everyone we interacted with at Agenda was thrilled to find a go-to brand for kids streetwear in the marketplace; something they’ve searched for high and low.”
Celebrities to attend Agenda while MADE Kids exhibited included Pharrell Williams, Kelis, pro skateboarder Terry Kennedy, and NBA player Ronny Turiaf of Minnesota Timberwolves. Turiaf stopped by the MADE Kids booth to show love and mentioned how impressed he was with the designs and how the expressive messages are tailored for youth. Some of the most popular shirts on display haled axioms like “Dream Big,” "Always Winning," "Made Like My Daddy," and "Fresh Since Birth."
Also during their Agenda debut, the brand previewed a new premium collection of kids streetwear tees, MADE Kids Limited. “The Limited collection represents a high-end edition of our shirts with cleaner lines and even higher quality fabric. MADE Kids Limited is somewhat the ‘black label’ assembly of our brand,” says Andrew Guzman of the new collection. Initially previewed from MADE Kids Limited were richer tees with classic black and white designs of sacred symbolic sketches of the Virgin Mary praying, an archaic holy cross, and some of the shirts are even embossed with the holy definitive number seven.
MADE Kids is currently available on KarmaLoop.com, MadeKids.com, and various boutiques throughout the U.S. and Australia, and will soon be available at specialty stores and other select retailers after the orders are processed by Agenda buyers.
