AMC Technology Volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Richmond
Richmond, Va. (PRWEB) July 25, 2013 -- On July 10th, AMC Technology joined in home construction and warehouse organization in participation with Habitat for Humanity of Richmond, Virginia. Each and every employee was able to lend a hand in an effort to help the company’s home community.
Habitat for Humanity is an organization committed to assisting people in need with home builds and rebuilds. It was established in 1976 and has since expanded all over the world. The Richmond branch was formed in 1986 and has successfully built more than 300 homes for local families. Habitat also runs ReStore, a retail store with donated home supplies, and uses the proceeds to give back to the community.
