With the great success of our website and the surge of interest in Austin real estate, we’ve been able to hire Realtors and staff at an amazing rate.

Austin, TX (PRWEB) July 26, 2013

In the city where the real estate market couldn’t be hotter, Reilly Realtors is increasing its number of licensed real estate agents at an astonishing rate. Over the last twelve months, the Austin, Texas real estate brokerage has more than doubled in size, going from about 15 agents to nearly 40 agents. The brokerage was able to sustain such dramatic growth thanks to their popular real estate website and a reputation for being the experts in Austin real estate. The newest Realtors to join the company include Steve and Angaleen Cota, Ramon and Rosangely Hernandez, John Stinson, Kevin Folsom, Caron Dibert, Valencia Key, Robin Britt, Eillene Johnson, Kent Metschan and Adam Berzsenyi.

“It was only three years ago that our brokerage was made up of less than six agents,” says Managing Broker Michael Reilly. “But with the great success of our website and the surge of interest in Austin real estate, we’ve been able to hire Realtors and staff at an amazing rate.”

In addition to hiring quite a few real estate agents, Reilly has also invested even more time and resources into his popular website, AustinHomeListings.com. In order to keep up their track record of providing a top-notch online experience, Reilly decided to add new roles and responsibilities to his full time staff. The first member to join the new Internet Marketing Team was Content Developer Leslie Alvarado. Alvarado is responsible for building unique pages for each neighborhood in the greater Austin area. Her work is an important part of Reilly’s goal to have individual, expertly researched pages for every single neighborhood in and around Austin, which is compiled into the company’s Austin Neighborhoods Guide. In addition to Alvarado, Reilly recently hired Lead Coordinator Kathryn Roussel. Roussel’s primary task is to assist agents and clients by pairing them up according to their needs and following up with them to make sure that all is going smoothly in their efforts to buy and sell Austin homes. Rounding out the Internet Marketing Team are interns Reema Naser and Carrie Crooks, and Internet Marketing Manager Andrew Hill.

“At the end of the day, it's the profits that our company generates that allow us to hire more agents and full time staff,” says Reilly. “In our second quarter we closed $35,000,000 in total real estate transactions and we are on track to close over $100,000,000 by the end of the year. This means that we can continue to create a five star online experience and hire the best Realtors in Austin.”

With the addition of new Realtors and web developers, Reilly Realtors is poised to capitalize on the business model that got them where they are today. As they continue to thrive in the busy Austin real estate market, it looks as if their past, current, and future clients can continue to expect great things from this very successful brokerage.
