Greater San Antonio Builders Association Rookie of the Year, Sales Manager of the Year from Sitterle Homes; Kathryn Schafer & Cheri Bass Recognized for Top-notch Service
San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) July 29, 2013 -- Among a growing list of top industry performers, high-profile, custom homebuilder Sitterle Homes now has six Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA) Summit Awards, including Rookie of the Year and Sales Manager of the Year. Winners Kathryn Schafer and Cheri Bass joined the Sitterle sales team early last year. Bass has more than 15 years of experience as a director of sales and marketing.
Coordinated by GSABA, the 2013 Summit Awards recognize builders who demonstrate excellence within several categories, including promotional campaigns, websites, social media, product design, merchandising and personnel. In addition to marketing and promotions, the Summit Awards recognize excellence in customer service and sales goals.
The 2013 Rookie of the Year, Schafer is a member of the sales team at Campanas at Cibolo Canyons, having sold seven homes in her first year. Schafer also completed the Circle Selling Training certification with Steve Rigby, CEO of New Wings, LP. Judges recognized her professional approach to sales, selling techniques and philosophies, ability to overcome market obstacles, industry and community involvement, and results.

The 2013 Sales Manager of the Year, Bass is the director of sales and marketing, leading nearly 20 sales professionals to meet and exceed their monthly goals. During her tenure at Sitterle, she has implemented a new sales training program that increased sales 73 percent in 2012, designed an Internet sales and marketing program that increased online sales in less than four months, established a customer relationship management (CRM) system to create and use drip campaigns, and created a new companywide culture and training for Austin, Houston and San Antonio.

The San Antonio division of the company was also recognized for Best Print Ad, Best Promotion and twice for Best Product Design. The Best Print Ad-Volume Builder award honors the newspaper or periodical advertisement with excellence of concept, copy, layout, overall design execution and communication of the ad’s objectives; while Best Promotion takes into account effective communication, originality and cost effectiveness while meeting the marketing objectives. Both campaigns were designed and executed by local integrated marketing agency, esd & associates.
Sitterle also received two Best Product Design awards: for its Prospect Creek at Kinder Ranch model and the custom home in Inverness. The Kinder Ranch home featured a stone/brick exterior, three-car garage, gas cooktop, Omegastone in the kitchen, 42-inch raised panel cabinets, built-in appliances and large covered patio. The Inverness model is a one-and-a-half story home with four bedrooms with private baths, Viking kitchen, bar and glass wine grotto, trussed great room with floor-to-ceiling limestone fireplace and a master suite with coffee bar and extensive built-ins.
Sitterle Homes was honored for its outstanding designs with several awards during the 2013 Parade of Homes, including Best Front Elevation, Best Site Design, Best Landscaping, the Spirit Award, Realtor’s Choice and People’s Choice.
