Bradley R. Marsh, a shareholder in the Tax practice group with the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, will speak at the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA) “Property Tax Assessment Appeals” seminar at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013 in San Jose, California.
