Teton Springs Lodge & Spa, Teton Valley Idaho’s Only Year-Round Destination Resort, Announces New Management Staff
Victor, ID (PRWEB) July 27, 2013 -- Jeff Naylor, general manager for Tetons lodging premier hotel, Teton Springs Lodge & Spa, announced Elissia Wahl has been promoted to Front Desk Manager and Cricket Romanzi named the new Stillwaters Spa & Salon Manager. Both Wahl and Romanzi are Teton Valley residents.
Wahl has been a Guest Services agent at Teton Springs since March 2013 and recently completed her masters in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii, specializing in tourism planning. She also has over a decade of environmental and tourism research experience. "My passion is sustainability, travel and adventure and I am thrilled to be a part of Teton Springs Resort. The Lodge & Spa fosters an environment of extraordinary guest service and the facilities are first class. I look forward to being part of such a terrific team and to helping our guests maximize their time in our unique mountain culture," said Wahl.
Elissia will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front office, reservations and all concierge services.
Cricket Romanzi has been a Guest Services Agent and Front Desk Supervisor at Teton Springs Lodge & Spa for the past two years and has recently transitioned to the spa management position. "I am thrilled to take the reins of the Stillwaters Spa & Salon. This facility is such a wonderful asset to our entire community, with a terrific staff of veterans that will make my job easy. I also believe Stillwaters guests will be thrilled with the Salon renovations that were recently completed," said Romanzi.
Cricket is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a BS degree in Hotel & Motel Management and began her hospitality career at the Hyatt Regency in Cambridge, MA. Since moving to Idaho in 1998, her rich career in Teton Valley has included stints as a ski instructor, marketing rep and real estate agent. Cricket, with her husband Mike and son Cooper, enjoy a full & active lifestyle in Teton Valley.
"In addition to Elissia and Cricket's impressive education credentials, both of these women also bring a wealth of practical experience to Teton Springs. It's already evident what a tremendous asset both will be for the entire resort," said Jeff Naylor, general manager.
