To meet this demand, Axonom upgraded all equipment and systems at its hosting environment called NetPRM. NetPRM is an alternative cloud-based buying option for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Powertrak customers that seek a cost-effective, rapid implementation, and maintenance-free solution. This monthly subscription-based offering eliminates the burden for end-users to install, maintain, or update CRM software and/or infrastructure.
Axonom’s investment into NetPRM’s infrastructure has led to increased storage and performance, improved reliability, but more importantly, enhanced security. “We’ve added newer, faster, better computers and storage, new firewalls, plus SQL 2012 High Availability which mirrors all databases on separate physical storage in real-time. When coupled with new customer accessible cloud backup, NetPRM delivers the premier SaaS revenue enhancement offering for our exploding high-tech customer base,” added Belongie.
Rapid Implementation, Flexible Offering
Help/Systems, LLC, a global provider of systems and network management, security, and business intelligence software selected Axonom to begin a multi-year, multi-phased approach to replace its homegrown CRM with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Prior to the project, Help/Systems had an immediate need to execute marketing campaigns utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and email marketing provider CoreMotives. “We leveraged Axonom’s hosted environment to quickly deploy the necessary solutions to execute email marketing campaigns,” said Colleen Kulhanek, director of global marketing at Help/Systems. “With Axonom’s guidance, we’re migrating our environment from hosted to on-premise. The ability for one organization to help us with both deployment options saved time and energy, in addition to the quick execution on our marketing campaign.”
2 Degrees Ventures, a California-based organization that leverages unique relationships with industry-leaders and cultural influencers, turned to Axonom’s SaaS option to host Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Powertrak Portal, and Powertrak Mobile Survey solution at NetPRM. Sonitec-Vortisand, a global manufacturer of sand filters used in large-scale water filtration systems, chose Axonom’s cloud-based Powertrak Product Configurator and Partner Portal to automate the quoting process for their internal sales team and partner channel reps. “Axonom was the only company with both the SaaS products and a SaaS model that could accommodate our channel model,” stated Simon Toussaint-Levesque, director of marketing at Sonitec-Vortisand.
