Sales of Coconut Creek Screen Rooms Increase for Venetian Builders, Inc., Miami, in First Half of 2013, President Says Today
Miami, FL (PRWEB) July 30, 2013 -- Venetian Builders, Inc., Miami, has increased its sales volume of Coconut Creek screen rooms so far in 2013, Venetian President Chris Noe said.
Already in 2013, Coconut Creek sales volume is about 50 percent above the total for 2012, Noe said.
Venetian has stepped up its marketing of Coconut Creek sun rooms, screen rooms, patio roofs and screen pool enclosures this year, partly through retail sales displays in five Home Depot stores, including one in Coconut Creek. Other nearby Home Depots with Venetian displays are in Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, North Lauderdale and Coral Springs. Venetian placed displays in 41 South Florida Home Depot stores in late 2012 and the first quarter of 2013.
“Our retail displays, which are made of real building materials, have almost doubled our sales leads this year,” Noe said. “But even people who call us directly get to see how aluminum framing, screen, windows, doors, and wall and ceiling options work together, because they get a visit from our mobile showroom when an estimator visits their home. Our mobile showrooms are made of life-size building materials.”
Venetian’s written, detailed estimates are always free.
“Coconut Creek customers find value in our custom design services,” Noe said. “The city has a good mix of two-story homes and ranches, but with custom design, we always make sure a screen room or sunroom fits the home and the neighborhood. Of course, custom design helps the addition fit lifestyle needs and budget, too.”
Outdoor rooms should be a popular choice in Coconut Creek, Noe said. “Patio roofs and patio screens shelter homeowners from the elements and from mosquitoes but keep them in touch with nature,” Noe said. “You can relax under roof and still get a good view of the butterflies in the garden.”
Venetian builds to meet or exceed the tough Florida Building Code, Noe said. It’s also experienced at meeting the code’s toughest regulations, those for high-wind areas along lakes, ponds, inlets, canals, golf courses and parks, Noe added.
“We have experts at dealing with municipal officials and homeowners associations, so we cut the time from design to construction,” Noe added. “Because of aluminum frame technology and the code, we can build a sunroom or screen enclosure faster than with traditional construction methods, and at a lower cost.”
Venetian serves all of Broward County. It also designs and installs solariums, patio covers and swimming pool domes in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, the Keys and all surrounding South Florida communities.
