SureCrete GFRC Concrete Countertops

Virginia Beach, VA (PRWEB) July 31, 2013

SureCrete’s hands on concrete countertop training course is designed to teach participants how to become professional concrete countertop applicators, with instruction in template, form and design; and how to pour and finish concrete countertops, wall panels, integral sinks and custom fabrication for both residential and commercial applications.

Participants will practice when and how to utilize SureCrete’s decorative concrete products, including the Xtreme PreCasting mix, Xtreme GFRC Face Mix and the Xtreme Backer mix. These innovative products make it possible to cast concrete wall panels and countertops much larger and longer than with traditional concrete mix designs. Advances in glass fiber reinforcement technology make it possible to cast concrete as thin as 0.75” thick and bend it into decorative and functional shapes.

There will also be tips and information about running a successful decorative concrete business; participants will learn how to set up a business professionally and how to increase community exposure through online, print and social networking strategies.
