ColDesi, Inc. is the sole supplier of DTG brand Direct to Garment Printers, the leader in the t-shirt printing marketplace, for the United States. The company has always offered training for its direct to garment, rhinestone and embroidery systems, and is adding the ability to train for online as well.
The DTG M2 garment printer is widely known for the ability to print vivid images onto dark garments, and its patented platen system that reduces “interface time” for custom t-shirt runs of 2 or more. One of the key concepts covered in the training process is how to set up multiple shirts or multiple jobs at once so the machine can operate unattended for longer, leaving the operator to pursue more revenue producing activities.
The company Support Department Manager, Joe Centrone, stresses that the training is LIVE, with a real world operator taking the customer through the steps of setting up, using and maintaining the M2, just like in a class held on site or in one of ColDesi’s training centers.
