Partnership Increases Silanis’ Presence in the Public Sector and Demonstrates Commitment to Providing Value to the Industry

Silanis Technology, a leader in enterprise electronic signature solutions with over 600 million documents processed annually, today announced a partnership with immixGroup that will see the companies offer e-signature capabilities to a growing public sector.

Through its partnership with immixGroup, Silanis will offer its long-standing e-signature solution to public sector organizations looking to add e-signatures to increase productivity, cut costs, streamline supply chain management and ensure compliance and transparency through the following applications:

  •     E-signing using a CAC or PIV smart card
  •     Field force enablement using mobile e-signing
  •     e-Contracting
  •     Task orders and action orders
  •     Procurement contracts, vendor agreements, provisioning
  •     Licensing and permits for citizens and businesses
  •     Government-backed student loans
  •     Munitions requests and other controls and authorizations
  •     Recruiting and on-boarding of personnel and employees
  •     HR and personnel forms such as Officer Evaluation Reports (OERs), performance reviews, time sheets and travel requisitions
  •     Health and claims requests
  •     Project management and project-related documentation relating to status, performance and/or cost
  •     Financial management of transactions, such as purchase and expense request forms.
