Minneapolis, Minnesota (PRWEB) July 30, 2013 -- In today’s highly competitive market, home builders and remodelers must use a combination of both online and offline marketing techniques to generate leads effectively.

Considering such a high percentage of women are making the decisions about home construction projects, it’s imperative builders and remodelers take that into consideration when developing a lead-generation and marketing plan.

Approximately 80% of the buying decisions in home building or remodeling projects are made by women. That must be considered when designing a marketing strategy.

Rick Storlie, of New Home Sales Coach, has just released the sixth video in his training series which explains exactly how contractors need to set-up their websites, and specifically the type of content that must be included so the site is highly appealing to women.

“The challenge is in the initial stages of the buying process – women start their searches online. Technically, I like to say they are ‘invisible prospects’ at this stage, so the home builder’s or remodeler’s website really has to draw them in and grab their attention,” Storlie said.

Storlie teaches the exact set-up and content that must be included to accomplish that goal in the training video he released today.

• Referral programs – one of the proven lead sources that most home builders and remodelers don’t use effectively
