The BBC News report goes on to say that The Local Ombudsman (LGO) report criticised the council-run home for not calling paramedics immediately after Mrs Rock suffered a stroke and described the case as “very serious”. Nottingham City Council apologised and fully accepted the findings in the LGO’s report.
