As a leader in cross-border transportation, the new distribution center puts CSA just five minutes away from the US/Canada border and provides easy access to all major highways.
Vancouver, BC (PRWEB) July 31, 2013
CSA Transportation recently purchased 3.2 acres in Surrey’s Campbell Heights business park and is pleased to announce that construction will soon begin on a new 35,000 square foot high-volume distribution terminal in south east Surrey, BC. The new state of the art facility is necessary to accommodate CSA Transportation’s continued growth in the Greater Vancouver market and operations as a shipping services provider between British Columbia (BC) and the rest of Canada and the United States.
Construction management for the project is being done by local experts, the Beedie Group, who also built CSA Transportation’s current Vancouver area facility.
Herman Fallick, President and CEO of CSA Transportation, commented on the new construction project, “It will have double the dock space and much needed room in the yard for many more trailers. The office will be larger than what we have now to help enhance our regional customer service capabilities. It’s going to be a beautiful, highly-efficient building that will help us continue to grow and provide outstanding service to our loyal clients.”
As a leader in cross-border transportation, the new distribution center puts CSA just five minutes away from the US/Canada border and provides easy access to all major highways. The facility will also enhance CSA Transportation’s role as a regional trucking company with a nationwide terminal network, allowing it to better serve the BC region with its highly efficient and cost-effective LTL transportation, pallet shipping and full load freight shipping services.
The new facility is scheduled to open fall of 2014.
